I have a new baking challenge.  I am so excited.

I’m not scheduled to work tomorrow, so I can make lots of test batches of cookies. —maybe even like three or four?!

Remember that time I live blogged baking cookies and somebody unfollowed me? Well, consider this a warning that I might be doing that again tomorrow.

I mean, it’s not as if I’d be making tons and tons of posts if I did it. But like…be prepared for pictures of delicious cookies you will probably never be able to have.

So anyway, Adam’s dream cookies are:

Chewy chocolate chocolate chip cookie sandwiches filled with mint cream

Sounds delicious; I hope I can do it justice.
